Fashion Dreads is unable to Returns the following items:

• Opened packages of Loc Extensions and / or Afro Kinky Hair.

• Products that have been manipulated, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed and/or tampered with. 

• Hair Styling Products and/or Shampoos, Oils

• Mannequins

• Virtual class or Training. 

• All items On Sale. 

Exchanges 

• We no longer offer Exchanges. We will submit a Return (based on the Return qualifications below) and you can purchase the new items of your choice.

Returns

• Return Process: 

  • Returns must be requested & submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee for ALL returns, reguardless of the reason.

  • Postage must be within 7 days of delivery or it won't qualify for an Return and the customer has to pay to ship it back to themselves.

  • At your cost, ship your package with tracking to: Fashion Dreads Returns, 6655 Amberton Drive #M, Elkridge MD 21075. Make sure to include your packing slip, and all the contents of your order.

• • Email fashiondreadsorders@gmail.com with your order #, tracking # and Return reason, and pictures (if necessary).
  • Once the order has been received by the Fashion Dreads team we will email to let you know we received it. 
  • Refund method: Once your return is approved and fully processed, we will issue you a refund via your payment method used to purchase within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds can take 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
  • WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS PAID BY CUSTOMERS OR FASHION DREADS.

Disclaimer: Fashion Dreads is not responsible for returns until they reach our Return / Exchange Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return / exchange packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Fashion Dreads will not issue you an exchange or refund.

• Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days (not including weekends & holidays).

  
  

• We do NOT allow changes or canceling orders once they have been placed in our system. 

• You can return your items in accordance with our Return Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

• We ship domestically in the United States.

• We ship internationally to Africa, Europe, The Caribbean, Australia, Canada & the UK.

Please note that Fashion Dreads is not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. We are unable to make any address updates once your order has begun processing or has already been shipped. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. 

All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.

Fashion Dreads values our customers and their privacy. Our privacy policy is to respect and protect the privacy of all our customers. All personal information collected on and off this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making improvements to the customer shopping experience. If deemed necessary, supporting documentation may be required post-purchase to complete order fulfillment. This includes, but is not limited to PII (Personal Identifying Information.).

Policy Changes

Fashion Dreads, reserves the right at our discretion to make modifications to packages, products, prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page regularly for changes.

Limited of Liability

Fashion Dreads does not accept liability beyond the solutions set forth herein, including any liability for products not being in-stock for, or the provision of services and support. Fashion Dreads will not be accountable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Fashion Dreads is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Fashion Dreads is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
